OopBuy Shipping: Packed Weight, Routes and Timing
Plan OopBuy international shipping with packed weight, measured dimensions, route limits and a dated estimate for your own destination.

Text search runs on ogspreadsheet.com and leave this site. This site does not host the product catalog.
International shipping is calculated on the parcel you actually submit, not on the product you bought. Before comparing anything, collect five inputs: destination, product type, packed weight, packed length × width × height, and any route restriction that applies to your address. Change one input at a time, or you will not know which change moved the result.
Why the product price is irrelevant here
OopBuy treats the purchase and the parcel as two separate payments. The product order covers the item and China domestic delivery; the international leg is quoted later, once the goods are in the warehouse and packed. Adding the two into one "total" before packing produces a number that no screen will match.
Weight alone is not enough
A light but bulky parcel can be billed on volumetric weight. That is why a jacket in a large box may cost more than a denser parcel that weighs the same. Use the measured values from the prepared parcel, and re-measure after consolidation, repacking or removing shoeboxes.
Compare routes on three columns, not one
For each eligible route, read the amount, the displayed transit range and the restrictions together. A dated example from the OopBuy estimator, recorded on 4 September 2026 for a 5 kg parcel at 40 × 30 × 30 cm to Czechia:
- HF-SAL-CZ-1 showed $79.93 regular and $56.47 in the 15% column visible that day, over 45–65 days, with conditions about taxes, dimensional weight and remote addresses.
- DDF-DHL-CZ-1 showed $86.81 regular and $61.28 with the same column, over 8–16 days.
The cheaper row was three times slower and carried conditions that could exclude an address. Neither figure is a quote for your parcel, and the promotion column is not a permanent discount.
Then calculate your own parcel
Open the current OopBuy estimator, enter your destination, product type, packed weight and dimensions, and record the date of the result next to your parcel number. Re-check it after the warehouse measures the parcel and again before you submit, because routes and prices move.
Customs and destination charges
OopBuy's tax notice, read on 4 September 2026, states that the earlier low-value exemption has been removed and that VAT, other taxes and inspection risk sit with the recipient. A route fee does not automatically include those destination charges. Check the current rules for your country rather than assuming a parcel under a threshold arrives free.
Timing is a sequence, not a countdown
Order processing, warehouse intake, QC decisions, packing, carrier transit and local delivery are separate stages. A route range describes only the part after handover. When something is late, identify the stage first: an item not yet in the warehouse has nothing to do with carrier transit.
Keep one record per parcel
Save the calculation date, destination, product type, weight, dimensions, chosen route, parcel number and first carrier scan. That record answers most later questions without re-deriving anything. Continue with tracking after dispatch and warehouse before it.
